Order Modification Policy
Requests to modify or change an order once the order has been placed will be handled on a case by case basis. We will make every effort to accommodate requests to modify the type, color, sizes, or number of garments, however due to various factors (garment availability, printing process, etc) we will not be able to accommodate all requests.
Items with Custom Screen Printing are NOT returnable. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and color before submitting your order. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We accept cancellations on undecorated items cancelled or modified 5 business days prior to the agreed upon delivery date. All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel your order after your Screen Printing set-up is complete your set up charge will be also deducted from your refund. Requests to cancel an order 3 business days or less before the agreed upon delivery date will be handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun. No refunds will be given and/or full payment is expected if the screen-printing process has begun. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Expired, Declined, or Charge Back Credit Card Policy
Our policy regarding chargeback’s or declined credit cards is zero tolerance. If we receive a charge back notice from you or your credit card company, your production will not continue and will be on hold until your payment has been cleared. If we have started production or have your material you will be responsible for any material ordered and any items that have been printed. If at that time you wish to cancel the order cancellation policy will apply.
